Our venue

When it comes to delivering face to face workshops we understand that our environment really matters. So we work with clients to find inspiring venues that are both convenient to get to, but also conducive for breakthrough thinking and candid conversations.

We’re always delighted to host at our airy riverside HQ The Umpire’s Lodge. Set just a stone’s throw from the river, our UK office has a light and open communal space, but also 3 / 4 excellent break out rooms. We have some great pubs and restaurants just a stroll away, and it’s just a walk along the river bank to Henley’s Hotel du Vin should our clients require an overnight stay.

For larger workshops of up to 50 people we will often use The Great House in Sonning, which is also on the river. We can also organise boat rides and vineyard trips should you want to create some ‘out of office’ fun and connection.

Both our Henley HQ and The Great House in Sonning are about an hour’s drive from central London and 30 minutes from Heathrow. Mainline trains and the Elizabeth Line run from Paddington to Henley and take around 1 hour.
