LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
We offer bespoke leadership programmes for larger groups looking to accelerate their leadership growth
Each quarter, we explore a specific focus area chosen by the programme sponsor. Examples of the kind of topics we explore are

For each focus area, we remotely facilitate 3 sessions per quarter, repeating the methodology but changing topic every 3 months. With a time commitment of just 60 – 90 minutes per month we deliver these programmes for up to 800 leaders at a time.
Month 1: INSPIRATION
In this first session of the quarter we interview one of our inspirational speakers from the roster and articulate the key high performance behaviours.
WHAT DOES GREAT LOOK LIKE?
Month 2: APPLICATION
In this session, we reflect on the learnings from our inspirational speaker and set an internal context for the topic. We also introduce the tool to be explored in session 3.
HOW DO WE APPLY THIS BEHAVIOUR TO OUR DAILY WORK?
Month 3: COMMITMENT
We send the entire leadership community off into breakout groups of five and six. This session turns the insights and tools that have been heard into tangible commitments.

Leadership Coaching
We also create modular coaching programmes for smaller groups, taking time for in-depth exploration of different aspects of leadership such as Values and Behaviours, Authenticity, Impact, Difference, Empowerment, Winning, Energy, Delivery and Team Building
